REMODEL AND CONSTRUCTION

This is the most detailed and extensive service offered at RLD.  This service starts with a 2 hour design consultation meeting to outline the scope of work for the project. A projected design budget is given and discussion of contract and fees. If all parties decide to move forward the next phase is the design meeting and presentation to lay the foundation of the design and curate material selections. Trades are then brought in to quote the work more accurately based on the proposed designs.  Budgets and scope of work are then adjusted accordingly and construction can begin. RLD is there throughout the process to consult, oversee all work and ensure design standards are being met.

DISTANCE DESIGN/E-DESIGN

This package is great for the person who wants design guidance but is planning to DIY the execution.  It starts with a detailed questionaire followed by a 30 minute phone call to discuss the room(s). Clients are tasked with some homework to provide key details to the design team, after which a Design Concept/Moodboard is created specficailly for that space. We include space plans, furniture and decor selections, colour concepts and notes on finishing details if needed in order to execute the desired aesthetics and functionlaity of your space. Additional items such as renderings and elevations may be added for an additional fee.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

This full scale service provides you with a design consultation, design plan and an element of project management of your renovation or room re-design. I would consult with you on product selections but provide all product sourcing services as well as interacting as a liaison between yourself and the various trades or services needed for the project.
